Michael's Restaurant

We really wanted to love this place but it’s not on our level for a fine dining experience. We did like the art wall but there’s no real ambiance. My husband and I ordered the ribeye and it lacked seasoning. Our friends had the burger and the salmon which were both overcooked. I don’t recall our server’s name but she was very nice.

Make sure to check you ticket. They add an additional fee for using a credit card, and add the ticket yourself. On s e viral occasions myself and others sitting at tables near us, after seeing it's calculating my total after I received my ticket they asked me why and I told them the truth,on my birthday, mother's day, and a random visit here, the waitress added another unexplained $50-70 on my check, and each time I had to have to owner come explain it to me,and not even she knew what the extra charge was, and removed it...people, be careful, if you don't double check your ticket, they will get you. Food was good, once they got it right, but not enough to allow you to steal from me and my son, smh. We will not be going back.

The night didn’t start off great but it ended going above my expectations. The staff was extremely nice and helpful even though they had been slammed prior to us getting there. They were out of a few things but nothing I wanted to try, luckily. We started off with the fried green tomatoes. Not my favorite. They lacked seasoning. I then ordered the salmon and was blown away! It was seasoned and cooked to perfection. I got the mac and cheese and broccoli as a side. Both were phenomenal!

Now first, let me just say, 🗣️ GATHER YA COINS! Surprisingly this was my first time eating here after all these years but better late than never. 😉 The customer service was amazing and the ambiance is nice as well. Our waiter was very attentive even with the amount of tables he had. My sister and I ordered the stuffed salmon with the Mac and cheese and it was good! They have seafood Mac and cheese as well if you’re into that! The picture makes my food portion look huge but it really wasn’t and my greedy self could’ve used a lil more 🤧😂 My family tried the fried green tomatoes for an appetizer and they loved them. My dad, mom, and brother ordered the steak for their main course and loved it as well! My other sister ordered the chicken and she said it was delicious. I am a certified foodie. I confirmed with my family all of the food is rated 5 out of 5 stars!! Every dish was hot and delicious!! Absolutely no complaints about the food. I'll definitely come back again but I'll make sure to pay with cash the service charge for using a credit card seems to be overkill I was ok with the automatic 20% gratuity. I wish I was advised about the debit card surcharge in advance. The server was very nice and knowledgeable. The food came out timely. When we arrived the hostess was on the phone it appeared personal I'm not 100% sure she asked us to wait while she continued to talk on the phone. Nevertheless, all went well. The food and service was good. We didn't get to the rooftop due to the rain...next time.
